How do I place an order?

Add at least one item to your shopping bag, then click the shopping bag icon in the top right corner. During checkout, enter your email address, shipping/billing address, and payment information. Preview your order and click “Place Order”. You will receive a shipment confirmation email as soon as your order is shipped.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for online orders. For debit card orders, a pre-authorization hold will be placed on your account before processing. The funds are only charged when the order ships.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can click the link in the email to track your package directly through the carrier’s website.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Our goal is to deliver your order as quickly as possible, which means we are unfortunately unable to make changes once an order has been placed. If you need to attempt a cancellation, please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible. Because we use automated order processing, we may not be able to cancel before the order ships. How do I find the right size?

Each product page includes a Size Guide with garment-specific measurements displayed in inches. Follow our measuring instructions and use the chart to determine your recommended size:

• Bust/Chest: Measure under your arms around the fullest part of your bust/chest.
• Waist: Measure around your natural waistline.
• Hip: Stand with heels together and measure around the fullest part of your hip.
• Inseam: Using well-fitting pants, measure from the crotch seam to the hem.

Why do colors look different on my screen?

We do our best to accurately represent product colors online. However, if your monitor’s color settings have been adjusted from their defaults, colors may appear differently than they do in person.
