Shipping Information

How much does U.S. shipping cost?

Shipping is determined at checkout.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

Yes. These locations are served via USPS Economy shipping only. Upgraded and Express delivery options are unfortunately not available for these addresses. Delivery estimates and tracking will be provided by email once your order has shipped.

Do you offer international shipping?

No, at this time we only ship within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the shipment date. However, we do not accept returns on:

  • Items that have been worn, laundered, or soiled
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
  • Embroidered or customized garments (unless defective)
  • Items outside the 30-day return window

How do I return an item?

Please reach out to [email protected] to generate a complimentary return label (available within 30 days of delivery). Once received, simply package your items securely and drop them off at your nearest shipping carrier.

Can I exchange an item?

Exchanges are processed as a return and a new purchase to ensure you get your new items as quickly as possible. Please start a return for your original item, and then place a new order on our website for the correct size or color.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Our goal is to deliver your order as quickly as possible, meaning we are unfortunately unable to make changes once an order has been placed. If you need to attempt a cancellation, please contact us immediately. Because we use automated processing, we may not be able to cancel before the order ships.
